i don't have any plans to throw a party but if i did, i think i'd go for the outside variety, at nighttime, under the lights. and i don't mean the twinkling stars up above (although those would be a nice added bonus).
just when you thought christmas lights were only for suitable for your old freshman year dorm room, partygoers everywhere are adding just the right amount of lights to fill up the sky. whether it's few simple strings, minimally arranged bulbs, or enough to see for the astronauts to see you up in space, these little sparklers never fail to provide the perfect party glow.
