picture perfect

i've always loved the idea of showcasing your family's pearly whites on a long wall in your home.  it becomes a timeline of your family's history.  a showcase of all the moments in life that are most dear. and a feature of precious snippets of time that you will can always relive.

i'm working on a gallery of frames for miss peg's home.  while i was home in november, i reorganized all of our family photos...tasked her with picking out her favorites...and promised to return in december with a plan to get all the frames up on our foyer wall.

i hope you will come by, laugh at my childhood bifocals, envy sis's baby platinum curls, heart on kenneth's half moon eyes, and remind you what love is all about when looking at mom and ton's wedding photo. it's gonna be good stuff.  stay tuned for the results...

twice the fun.

of course, i just recently bought a fancy new digital camera and missed out on this even fancier one. i would guesstimate that at least 50% of the pictures i take would be much improved with this gadget.

girls love to take this picture. as for boys, i am pretty sure they hate it every time they see your arm twist around, right in their face, yet again, in an attempt to snap you both in the moment. this camera would ensure you don't have to take the same picture 8 times before getting both your heads in the shot. am i right or am i right? hint hint, santa.



one day i will be ahead of the next big thing. blast!

double trouble

anyone who really knows me knows that since a very young age, i used to flip through anne geddes photo books and confidently proclaim, "i will have an asian baby someday." all babies are beautiful and i can't wait to have my very own some day (sis can't wait even more). but my heart skips a beat for these angels. straight from heaven, i swear.

where do i fill out the adoption papers?

it's not a new idea. but it is a great idea. and one that i would like to get on top of very soon. i will need to buy that polaroid camera and matching film to make it happen here soon. add it to the project list.
