keep it simple: baked salmon fillets

i'm still an amateur chef compared to my sis...but i whipped up something the other night that i think she would even find tasty.  not to mention this recipe is super fast and super easy.

baked salmon fillets
ingredients:
salmon fillets, any portion size, boned and skinned
onion powder - be generous
garlic powder - be generous
dried dill - be generous
mrs. dash - be generous
mayonnaise (i used hellman's low fat)

directions:
wash and dry fillets. spread thin coat of mayonnaise over salmon. coat cooking spray over pan. sprinkle seasonings over fish ending with paprika. bake in 375° for 10-15 minutes.  serve once fish looks perfectly pink and flakey.

piece of cake, i tell ya.
